Notice for Using Rubber Rollers
Choice: Should be choosing the right material roller according
to the certain condition. If you need heat-resistant roller
or oil-resistant roller, please do not choose the rubber
made of caoutchouc. Contrary, if you can use caoutchouc
or common synthetic rubber, please do not choose expensive
rubber roller.
Avoid: Please do not make the rubber roller overwork.
The burthen differ from the structure of incenter, size,
directions for producing, rigidity, thickness, turning
rate, working temperature, direction of chemical, impregnant,
when you use the rubber roller.
Stop: After running, the burthen stress should be released,
otherwise the rubber roller would distort.
Running: When the rubber roller is running in high stress
and burthen, it should be bend, the middle of the roller
would a bitter high than the edges.
Cleanning: Please be careful when you clean the rubber
roller, do not choose the impregnant which can spoil the
surface of the rubber roller. You can use the impregnant
, which hardly infiltrate the rubber.
Spoilage: If the rubber roller was wear and tear by abnormity
reason or chap, the axletree should be broken. By the
way, pleas check the balance of the rubber roller, otherwise
it will make the roller life-span short and reduce the
products quality.
Temperature: When the roller running over 100℃, please
send the cooling water through the iron incenter of the
roller.
Keep: Please put the rubber roller in the shadow inside,
and keep the axes on the shelf covered by paper or plastic.
Depend the sunshine directly, it will make the rubber
roller aging.
Others: Please do not knock and re-jointing the rubber
roller.
